I offer consulting services designed to phase themselves out, leaving your hospital with a self-sustaining system that is easy to manage and maintain with the team you already have in place. While I offer some ongoing services, my focus is primarily on helping you through structured, intentional change management that lasts well beyond the contracted scope.

For intensive turnaround projects, I offer transitional interim management with a structured focus on creating a solid foundation for long-term management. Transitional interim management does not mean simply filling a gap in practice management while looking for a long-term hire. I create custom-made plans to set your long-term hire (or internal promotion) up for success. This may include internal role restructuring, coaching and mentorship for midlevel leaders and managers, workflow analysis and redesign, policy and procedure review and rollout, and more. This service includes initial analysis and planning, a stepped-out timeline for intensive on-site support, and a follow-up period of remote support to ensure ongoing success. Timelines and costs vary based on individual hospital needs, and availability is limited to 1-2 clients annually.

This service is ideal for specific high-level or time-intensive change management projects that require strong operational support with an empathetic touch. Examples include PIMS transitions, mergers and ownership changes, cultural overhaul, team restructures, and anything that has a significant long-term impact on hospital operations. I provide the existing hospital leadership team with strategic planning, change management coaching, and operational support during the needed timeframe, as well as team support for the best possible buy-in and retention throughout the change.

If you’ve reached a plateau in your operations, are stuck in a rut on caseload, staffing, marketing, or anything else, and just not sure what you need to push forward, this service is for you. Through on-site observation, team interviews, and industry expertise, I help identify opportunity areas and create action plans to sustainably work past the roadblocks, bottlenecks, and human resource issues that are holding your team back.

For new managers, especially internal promotions, I offer coaching and support with weekly to monthly structured learning, check-ins, and mentorship to help them become successful quickly and maintain their own wellbeing along the way.
