I’m a certified veterinary practice manager specializing in change management, strategic planning, operational efficiency, staff development, and team well-being.

My path into veterinary management, and specifically change management, began with an Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After working in robotics for a few years, I realized that my true love was not mechanical but problem-solving, and I now use my analytical background and approach to build systems that utilize intentionality in conjunction with emotional intelligence.

I’m passionate about developing creative strategies to meet individual hospital and community needs and to advance the ever-changing veterinary industry. I provide consulting services in transitions, interim management, and projects, and am available for speaking events, continuing education, and leadership support. I’m based out of the Northeast and travel for both short-term and long-term onsite services in the US and Canada.
